I am proud to say that I have gone from student to teacher in many aspects of my life. I graduated from BGSU and became a teacher. I have also taught Sunday School and Greek Dancing. I was Assistant Education Director at Sylvan Learning Center in Jacksonville, FL and helped stand up a new Sylvan Learning Center in Beaufort, SC. I am also proud of all my volunteer work mainly through Marine Corps programs and church. I am also proud of my family. It wasn't easy, but I have two beautiful girls who are smart and kind. My husband is a hard working, America loving, Southwest Airline flying super-dad.

I have moved quite a bit due to being 'married to the Marine Corps'. I have lived in Jacksonville and Pensacola Florida, Meridian, Mississippi twice, and SBeaufort, South Carolina. I have had a chance to travel to my Dad's homeland, Greece, and also to Australia! Throught the Marine Corps I have met some of the most amazing people and continue to share my life with them thanks to the internet and places like Facebook.

Something Interesting in the last 20 Years::
In 1997, I joined the Moffitt Cancer Center (Tampa, Florida) Basic Science research team. Little did I know at the time that God paved my path here so that I could play a role in my mother's cancer diagnosis and treatment two year's later. She's a 10-year survivor and a wonderful grandmother to my two children. I'm ever grateful to the Lord (and the awesome team at Moffitt) for that! BTW: Our family won a Chevy Tahoe through the Chevy Youth Baseball Sweepstakes last June! Yes, people really do win those things! :)
